I would like to share our experience of selling our villa in Vale da Telha, Aljezur with anyone who is trying to sell their property, and considering using Marcela Propriades as their selling agent.
We had our property for sale for a year, advertising with an internet company who charged a one off fee upfront. Obviously, the first thought is that this would save the commission fee payable when you sell your property through an agent.
